2. Right of return

It is very important to send it to us by registered mail as we are not responsible for the non-receipt of the returned product. You can exchange the product (size, color or other model), or request a refund. All refunds are made within 15 days of receiving the return package. For countries outside Switzerland, please specify to customs that this is a "return for non-compliance".

The prices indicated in the offer at the time of order are applicable to orders in our online store.
